Manage Data Access Sets

You use the Administer Planning Security task to manage your data access sets.

Prerequisite: You have designed your set of data access sets.

This topic discusses how to do the following:

• Search an existing data access set
• Delete conditions for an entity

Search an Existing Data Access Set

Steps to search for an existing data access set:

1. In the Search region, enter the search parameter for the data access set. Using the different search operators, you can refine the search results. Alternatively, you can search using the Description.
2. Click Search. The search results are displayed in the Search Results region.

Delete Conditions for an Entity

Steps to delete conditions for an entity:

1. Select an entity in a data access set.
2. In the Condition Name drop-down list, select Manage Conditions.
3. Select a condition unassigned to the entity in the Manage Conditions dialog box.
4. Click Delete and Confirm to delete the condition.
