Manage Data Access Sets
You use the Administer Planning Security task to manage your data access sets.
Prerequisite: You have designed your set of data access sets.
This topic discusses how to do the following:
- Search an existing data access set
- Delete conditions for an entity
Search an Existing Data Access Set
Steps to search for an existing data access set:
- In the Search region, enter the search parameter for the data access set. Using the different search operators, you can refine the search results. Alternatively, you can search using the Description.
- Click Search. The search results are displayed in the Search Results region.
Delete Conditions for an Entity
Steps to delete conditions for an entity:
- Select an entity in a data access set.
- In the Condition Name drop-down list, select Manage Conditions.
- Select a condition unassigned to the entity in the Manage Conditions dialog box.
- Click Delete and Confirm to delete the condition.
