View Deletion Groups

To view the existing deletion groups:

1. On the Product Management landing page, in the Actions panel, click View all actions.

   The Actions drawer is displayed.

2. Click the Deletion Groups link.
   The Deletion Groups page displays a list of existing deletion groups with the following columns:

   • Name: Name of the deletion group.
   • Description: Description for the deletion group
   • Status: Current status of the deletion group. The possible values are:
     • In Progress
     • Error
     • Open
     • Ready for Deletion
     • Completed
   • Last Submission Date: Date when the deletion group was last submitted for deletion.
   • Last Activity: Last activity on the deletion group. The possible values are Constraints Check or Delete Group Submission.
   • Last Activity Status: Status of the last activity on the deletion group.
3. Click the link in the Name column to view the details of a deletion group.
