View Guided Task Flow Status

You can monitor the status of the submitted flows and continue any guided task flow that wasn't completed in the Perform Guided Tasks action.

Monitor Guided Task Flows

To view the guided task flow status:

1. In the Product Development or Product Information Management work area, click the Tasks panel tab, and then click View Guided Tasks.

   The View Guided Tasks page is displayed.

2. Use the filters or specify the search criteria in the Search box to display a list of guided task flows with the status Open, In Process, or Completed.

Continue Pending Guided Task Flow

To continue a pending guided task flow:

1. In the Product Development or Product Information Management work area, click the Tasks panel tab, and then click View Guided Tasks.

   The View Guided Tasks page displays the list of guided task flows that aren't completed (status as Open). If it isn't displayed, use the Status filter chip and search for guided tasks flows with the status as Open.

2. Click the guided task flow that you want to complete.
3. After the guided task flow opens, go to the task that must to be completed.
4. Review the task and make changes if required. Click Done to run the task.
5. After the guided task flow is completed, the status changes to Completed.
