Factors to Consider When You Design Your Data Access Sets

You can design the data access sets and the conditions for specific entities to achieve your enterprise’s goal for planning data security.

What to consider when you design your set of data access sets:

• You design the data access sets in the Administer Planning Security page of the Plan Inputs work area. You must have the applicable security privilege to access this page.
• By default, the planning data security is turned off. Select the check box to enable data security.
• You can allow full access to the data in a page or view by not defining any conditions for the data access sets. The user can configure, view, and edit everything about the enterprise.
