Note: LPN option is available only if you have enabled LPN from the Advanced Inventory Parameters.
- Scan the LPN Barcode using the printed labels to create the LPN receipt.
- Enter the account details, and then click Continue.
- Scan the Item Barcode, enter all the required details to create the item receipt, and then click Submit to process the receipt.
-
Select the Enter multiple lines checkbox to create
multiple item receipts in the same LPN.
For example, you can add plain items, serial-controlled and lot-controlled items in the same LPN, and then receive all the items at once to process the receipt.
-
Navigate to Inventory Management > Stocking
Inquiry task to verify the on-hand items in the LPN.
- Select the organization, and then click Continue.
- Select Find By as LPN, and then click Continue.

-
Navigate to Miscellaneous Transactions >
Account Issue task to issue transactions per
LPN.
- Select Issue By as LPN, select the Account, and then click Continue.
- Scan the LPN Barcode, select the items to be issued, and then click Submit.
