How do I view the line items with cross-docking suggestions?

Notify users about the cross-docking opportunity to move goods to the outbound staging area to fulfill a demand order instead of putting goods away into the storage area.

Here's how:

1. In the Inventory Management work area, click , and then select Received Lines page.
2. Use in-app navigation to open the Awaiting Put Away page
3. Click Filters > Additional Filters.
4. Select Show lines for cross-dock suggestions only, and then click See Results to view item lines available for cross-dock suggestions.
5. Click to view cross-dock suggestion details.
   
   

   

   
   
6. In the Inventory Management mobile work area, click Put Away Goods task.
7. Select the organization and click Continue.
8. Select Put Away By as Receipt or Item.
9. Enter or scan the receipt or item number, and then click Continue.
10. Click the Cross-docking suggestions available link to instantly view the cross-dock suggestions and do as necessary.
