How do I create nudges for cross-docking opportunities?

Notify users through email, sms, or both when a cross-docking opportunity is available for the lines awaiting put away.

Here's how:

1. In the Supply Chain Execution landing page, use quick actions menu to search for and select the Nudge Configuration task.
2. Click Create to add a new plan, and then click Create Draft.
3. In the Nudges section, click Add to create a new nudge.
4. Enter nudge details and click Save.
5. Click Advanced tab of the draft nudge plan.
6. In the Recipient Groups section, click Add to create a recipient group.
7. In the Users section, add users to the group.
8. In the new nudge page, add channels to send notifications through email, sms, or both to the intended recipient group.

   For email notifications, you can personalize the title and content of the message.

9. Click Activate to enable the nudge plan.
