Create a Trade Operation for a Filtered Set of Orders
On the Orders to Estimate page, you’ve the option to create a trade operation from scratch, from a template, or using the Quick Create option. You can create trade operations either for the selected orders or for a filtered set of orders that match your search criteria. A filtered set includes all orders meeting the criteria at the time of creation, regardless of manual selection.
- In the Receipt Accounting work area, select Order to Estimate from the Quick actions menu.
- On the scorecard area, select the order type you want to view: purchase orders schedules, purchase order shipments, or transfer order shipments.
- Search for the orders for which you want to create a trade operation.
Use keyword search, contextual filters, and filter chips to quickly identify the relevant records. For example, using the Ship-to Location filter chip you can search for orders for a specific ship-to location. Use the Filters filter chip to explore all the filters that you can use to locate the desired records.
- From the More Actions menu, select the method that you want to use to create a trade
operation for the filtered set of orders and then specify the required details.
- Use Create Trade Operation for Filtered Set to create a trade operation from scratch.
- Use Create Trade Operation from Template for Filtered Set to create a trade operation from a template.
- Use Quick Create for Filtered Set to create a trade operation using the Quick Create option.
