Overview of Formulas

Formula development includes multi-product support and new attributes for tighter integration with downstream applications. These enhancements allow you to model real-world manufacturing scenarios more accurately, including multiple outputs and ingredient-level control.

You can use the structure item type — Formula to create product formulas with ingredients. When you select the Formula item type, a new Formulas tab appears on the Item page.

Here's what you can do in the Formula grid:

• Create, edit, and delete the formula header.
• Add, edit, and delete products and ingredients.
• Edit the child entities in the formula.
