Generate a Full Publish Using an Existing Oracle Health Spoke System
Use the Product Hub Publication Job scheduled process to generate a full publish after you set up Spoke system filters, or to purge and regenerate the publish history.
Use an Existing Oracle Health Spoke System for Publishing
Use Spoke system filters to manage item entities and data that are published. For multiple Oracle Health instances, create additional Spoke systems. For more information, see the Spoke System Setup section in Product Spoke Systems.

Generate a Full Publish
Select these options and values when running the Product Hub Publication Job scheduled process.

| Publish All Records | Yes. |
The processing time will depend on the number of items to publish. If there are more than 1,000 items, change the values of the publication profile options to optimize the publication process. For more information, see Define Profile Options to Publish Items.
Purge and Regenerate the Publish History
If you change any of the Oracle Health Spoke system filters, you must purge the publish history. To purge, run the Product Hub Publication Job scheduled process using these elements and options.
