Generate a Full Publish Using an Existing Oracle Health Spoke System

Use the Product Hub Publication Job scheduled process to generate a full publish after you set up Spoke system filters, or to purge and regenerate the publish history.

Use an Existing Oracle Health Spoke System for Publishing

Use Spoke system filters to manage item entities and data that are published. For multiple Oracle Health instances, create additional Spoke systems. For more information, see the Spoke System Setup section in Product Spoke Systems.

Select item entities	The entities are preselected for an Oracle Health Spoke system. Use these options if you need to change them. Publication Maps: Let you filter the attributes that are needed for downstream applications. They're preferred because they generate a smaller payload only for the applicable attributes. If using a publication map, ensure that the output is XML so that the integration is successful. See Create Publication Map and Specify Mapping Attributes for information about How to set up a publication map. Entities Selector: Lets you publish system IDs that are usually required for data-warehouse applications but aren't usually applicable to other integrations. See Set Up Publication Options for a Spoke System for information about setting up Spoke system options.
Define data selection criteria	Use data selection criteria to filter items that are eligible for synchronization with Oracle Health. Selection Criteria: Let you filter items based on business entities, such as item class and item organization. See Publish Options for more information about defining publication options, such as item class, trading partner item, and catalog publication criteria. Item Validation Rules: Let you filter items using business validation rules. You can configure business rules to validate item data at a more granular level than you can with selection criteria. See Validation for information about defining validation rules.

Generate a Full Publish

Select these options and values when running the Product Hub Publication Job scheduled process.

Option	Value
Spoke System	The name of the Spoke system you set up for the integration.
Publish Items	Yes.
Publish All Records	Yes.

The processing time will depend on the number of items to publish. If there are more than 1,000 items, change the values of the publication profile options to optimize the publication process. For more information, see Define Profile Options to Publish Items.

Purge and Regenerate the Publish History

If you change any of the Oracle Health Spoke system filters, you must purge the publish history. To purge, run the Product Hub Publication Job scheduled process using these elements and options.
