Process Overview

Details of these data flows are described in these topics:
Before You Begin
Ensure that you've completed these tasks before doing an integration.
- Opt in to the Synchronize Items, Item Usage, and Bill-only Requisitions Between Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Health feature. For more information, see Oracle Fusion Cloud Product Lifecycle Management 26A What's New.
- Set up Transaction account builder rules. The integration uses these to create default distributions and default charge accounts for a requisition. For more information, see Implementing Procurement > Define Transaction Account Rules.
- Set up the integrator with the appropriate security to access and publish items, create requisitions, and update on-hand quantities. For more information, see Assign Required Roles to an Integration User.
- Install the Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) accelerator Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM — Oracle Health EHR | Sync Items. For more information, see Sync Items From Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM to Oracle Health EHR.
- Ensure that you've completed the REST API setup in Oracle Health. You do this in
the Oracle Health Wiki.
All Oracle Health customers should have access to this Wiki. If you don't, you can use the Register Now link.
