Schedule the Job for Integration

Use the Schedule tab in the Scheduled Processes work area to schedule the job for integration.

Before You Begin

Consider these best practices before you schedule the job.

• The job is not meant for publishing updates in real time. Subsequently, ensure the schedule is set up appropriately.

  The recommendation is that you don't schedule the job more than once every 15 minutes. If you have real-time integration requirements, please use public events and Oracle Integration Cloud. For more information, see Oracle ERP Cloud Adapter Capabilities > Product Lifecycle Management.

• Change profile options based on daily loads. For more information, see Define Profile Options to Publish Items.
• If a Business Rule validation is associated with the Spoke system, the job may complete with a warning. You can view the log to view the items that have been filtered by the business rules.
• Set up the appropriate notifications so that they're sent when there are job failures. You can set them up in the Notifications tab.
