Guidelines
- You must not use the For Every Amount attribute or the For Every Quantity attribute with a simple or tier discount. If you must aggregate, use Total Buy Quantity or Total Buy Amount.
If your rule has a condition for:
- Item or item quantity. You must include a condition for the unit of measure.
- Item amount. You must include a condition for the currency.
You can click Validate to make sure you set your rules up correctly.
If you apply the rule for:
- A specific item. Pricing will apply the discount on all order lines that have that item in the sales order. Assume your order has 5 lines. If you apply a discount on the Glorious Bouquet item, and if order lines 1, 3 and 5 have the Glorious Bouquet, then Pricing will apply the discount only on lines 1, 3, and 5.
- All items. Pricing will apply the discount on all items on all 5 lines.
