Load Data from Oracle WebCenter Content to Interface Tables

After the CSV file is uploaded to Oracle WebCenter Content, use the Load Interface File for Import scheduled process to move the data from the Oracle WebCenter Content folder to the interface tables.

To move the data to the interface tables:
  1. In Oracle Fusion Cloud, go to Navigator > Tools > Scheduled Processes.
  2. Click Schedule New Process.
  3. In the Schedule New Process dialog box, select the following:
    • Type: Job
    • Name: Load Interface File for Import
  4. Click OK.
  5. In the Process Details dialog box, specify the following:
    • Import Process: Determines the interface tables that'll be populated from the file upload:
      • To import items, select Item Import.
      • To assign items to definition and reference organizations, select Import Reference Organization Items.
    • Data File: Name of the CSV ZIP file you uploaded to Oracle WebCenter Content.
  6. Click Submit to start the process.
  7. Monitor the status of the scheduled process by entering the process ID in the Search region on the Scheduled Processes page.
