How do I set up employee performance and rewards plan pages?

Use the Manage Inventory Profile Options task to enable performance and reward plans page.

For you to create employee peformance and reward plans page, you must have the required profile options code enabled.

Here's how:

  1. In Setup and Maintenance, search for and select Manage Inventory Profile Options task.
  2. On the Manage Inventory Profile Options page, search for and select these profile options code to enable individual tasks.
    1. ORA_INV_TASK_ASSIGNMENTS_AND_TASKS_REDWOOD_ENABLED - To open Task Assignments and Inventory Tasks UI.
    2. ORA_INV_TASK_PERFORMANCE_REDWOOD_ENABLED - To view task performance from Task Assignments UI.
    3. ORA_INV_MY_TASK_PERFORMANCE_REDWOOD_ENABLED - To view self performance from Inventory Tasks UI.
    4. ORA_INV_PERFORMANCE_AND_REWARD_PLANS_REDWOOD_ENABLED - To create performance and reward plan.
  3. In the Profile Values section, set the Site Level to Y.
  4. Click Save and Close. Changes in the profile value will take effect the next time users sign in.
