    Calendar Data Report

    The Scheduling Center users can run a report on a specific calendar.

    Four reports are available. The report contains a listing of upcoming appointments and can be used to track Arrive/No Show metrics.

    • Roster Schedule

    • Scheduled Appointments

    • Appointment Summary Report

    • Arrival Status Report

    Users can run reports on any calendar for which they have been granted a calendar role.

    When the report is created and displayed, the user can choose to print or to export the report to Excel.

    Users can create reports for active or inactive calendars.

      Running a Report

      A calendar role grants users access to this feature.

      1. Click Reports.

      2. Select a report.

      3. Select a date range.

      4. Click submit.
