Attachments Displayed Under Supporting Documents

When a candidate applies to a job requisition and uploads documents such as resume and cover letter, both documents are displayed in the candidate application's Attachments tab, in the Supporting Documents section.

If a candidate applies to a requisition, uploads a resume (and not a cover letter), then goes back to their profile and uploads a cover letter, only the resume is listed under Supporting Documents.

Any changes to the candidate profile won't be updated on existing job applications, only on new job applications. This is why updates to resume and cover letter on a candidate profile aren't reflected on any existing job application. They will show when applying to a new requisition.

Once a candidate submits their job application the only way they can add attachments or information to that job application is with a request information flow.
