You can invite recruiting agents to submit candidates for specific job requisitions.
This is considered an agent referral.

On the Job Requisitions page, open a job requisition.

Click the Posting tab.

On the Posting page, go to the Staffing Agents section.

Click the Agent selector to see a list of agents matching the location and job
family of the job requisition.

If you want to expand your search and see a larger list of agents, click
Advanced Search.
The Agents page displays a list of agents with details about each agent. You can
see useful metrics such as the number of job requisitions for which the agent was
invited to submit candidates, the percentage of job applications submitted by the
agent where candidates were offered a job, the average time required by the agent to
source candidates through to the Offer phase. You can also filter the list of agents
using the Location and Job Family filters.

Select one or multiple agents.

Click Save and Close.
You're back on the Posting page.

In the Staffing Agents section, click Actions.

Select Set Expiration Date to set an expiration date and
time.
If you select No Expiration, the invitation will expire when the requisition
expires.

Select Invite Agents to send agents an invitation to submit
candidates for the job requisition.
Results:
When a candidate is referred by an agent, the information is
tracked in the candidate file Source Information section. You can see the source medium
which is Agency Referral, and the source which is the name of the agency that submitted the
candidate. Staffing agents don't receive an email every time they're added to a
requisition. But they will see the requisitions that they have been added to once they
log in.
