Change Duration and Interviewers When Sending an Interview Invitation

As a hiring manager or recruiter, when you invite a candidate to schedule their own interview for a requisition, you can modify interview details such as the duration of the interview and the interviewers.

Before you start

  • You need to select a single candidate-managed interview schedule within the Send Interview Invite page.
  • The setting "Candidates schedule based on interviewers' availability" must be enabled for the schedule.

Here's what to do

  1. Open a job application.
  2. In the Actions menu, select Send Interview Invite.
  3. Select the interview schedule.
  4. Click Edit to change the interview details.
    You can change the duration of the interview and the interviewers. These changes will only be made for this interview invite. It won't change the interview schedule.
  5. Click Save.

Results:

When candidates access their self-scheduling page, they will see a list of proposed interview times based on the new meeting duration and interviewers.
