Assign New Performance Goals

As a manager, you can add a new performance goal to your team members.

Assign a New Goal When There's No Active Primary Goal Plan

  1. Go to My Team > Performance Overview.

  2. On the Goals and Performance Overview page, select the review period.

  3. Select the team members for goal assignment.

  4. Click Add Performance Goal.

    On the Add Performance Goal page, for each selected employee, the first active goal plan assigned to the employee in the review period is shown.

  5. Select the goal plan to which you want to add the goal for the selected employees.

  6. To also add the goal to your goal plan, select Include myself and select the goal plan to which you want to add the goal.

  7. Specify the goal details including the goal weight.

  8. Click Submit.

Assign a New Goal When a Primary Goal Plan Is Active

When a primary goal plan is active, the primary goal plan for the selected review period is the goal plan to which the selected goals are assigned. You can't select another goal plan for your team members. But you can include all indirect reports in the goal assignment.
