Why can't I see some information in the printed performance document?

You can't see some info in the printed performance document for a few different reasons.

• The info isn't in the online performance document. The printed performance document displays the same info that's currently available in the online performance document. For example, the employee printed the performance document but didn't find the manager's ratings and comments. If the employee can't view the info in the online performance document either, then the manager hasn't shared them yet.

• In the performance document questionnaire, if question responses or images are provided as attachments, the attachments aren't printed.

• Information may also not display in the printed performance document if the templates for the printed performance document are personalized to hide certain attributes.
