Viewing Created Gigs

As a gig creator, you can view gigs created in Opportunity Marketplace, whether they're active, draft, completed, or canceled.

All created gigs are listed in the Created Gigs tab and displayed in several sections.

• Active - Published gigs that aren't completed or canceled. For active gigs, you can:
  • Unpublish a gig. Unpublishing withdraws a gig from Opportunity Marketplace so that it's not available for employees to apply to unless it's republished.
  • Duplicate a gig as a draft which creates a new gig based on an existing gig. Duplicates are added to the Drafts section.
  • Cancel a gig. When a gig is canceled, it's not available in Opportunity Marketplace.
  • Edit a gig to update the gig details.
• History - Completed or canceled gigs.
• Drafts - Saved gigs that aren't yet published or active. Use this section to find draft gigs that need to be edited or published. You can also create a new gig by duplicating the content of a draft gig. For these gigs, you can:
  • Duplicate a gig as a draft which creates a new gig based on an existing gig. Duplicates are added to the Drafts section.
  • View an assignee’s profile in Connections.
  • Contact an assignee of a gig.
