Manage Notes When Preparing Review Content

When preparing review content, you can view and add notes for the Talent Review meeting and members of the review population.

As reviewers, you can manage notes only if your administrator has enabled the Add Notes action in the meeting template used for the meeting. You can add notes for the members of the review population either from the Talent Review Meetings Overview page or the Prepare Review Content page. But you can view and add meeting notes only from the Talent Review Meetings Overview page. To view the manager's Talent Review Meetings page, go To My Team > Talent Review.

Manage Notes from Talent Review Meetings Overview Page

  1. Locate the meeting for which you want to add notes.
  2. From the Actions menu, select View Notes.
  3. To add a meeting note, in the Meeting Notes section, click Add. Then select the note visibility and add content. Save the note.
  4. To edit a meeting note, click the Edit icon. To delete the note, click Delete when editing.
  5. To manage notes for the members of the review population, locate the member row. Then click the notes count to view the Notes page.
    Tip: Select the Include review population without notes check box to also view members who don't have any notes.

Manage Notes on the Prepare Review Content Page

You can also manage notes on the Prepare Review Content page when rating the review population members.

  1. On the Talent Review Meetings Overview page, go to the meeting row. Then select the Prepare Review Content action to view the Prepare Review Content page.
  2. Select the person's row.

  3. From the Actions menu, click View Notes.

  4. Select the notes that you want to view:

    • Select All Authors to view all notes for that person or select Me to view only your notes.

    • Select the period for which you want to view the notes.

  5. Click Add to add a new note for that person. You can set the visibility of the note to control who can view the note.
