Configure Notifications for Performance Documents and Participant Feedback

You can configure notifications for tasks related to performance documents and participant feedback either using My Client Groups or using the Setup and Maintenance work area.

Configure Using My Client Groups

  1. Go to My Client Groups > Performance > Talent Notifications.
  2. Enable the notifications you need.

Configure Using Setup and Maintenance

  1. Open the Settings and Actions menu on the global header, and select Setup and Maintenance.
  2. Select Workforce Development from the Setup list.
  3. Search for the Performance Notifications task and select it from the search results.
  4. Click the Performance Management tab and enable the notifications that you want to send.
