Lock Participant Feedback Requests

Managers and HR specialists can lock participant feedback requests to prevent participants from accessing the performance document to start or continue providing feedback.

Managers can lock participant feedback requests, for example, when they have sufficient feedback to complete their evaluations of workers, or they have more participants than required. Once locked, the feedback request can't be unlocked.

When you lock participant feedback requests, the status for the task to provide feedback changes to Locked out for that participant. The worker name is removed from the Participant Feedback Requests for Others region in the Performance pages. If the manager, worker, or HR specialist decides to gather more feedback from the participant, then they must issue another request for feedback to the participant.
