View or Print Requested Feedback

You can view or print feedback responses that you received for yourself or for your reports, when the feedback is in Completed status.

Feedback Received for You

The Feedback Requests About Me section on the Feedback page lists the feedback you received from your manager or other feedback providers. This includes feedback that you requested for yourself as well as feedback that your manager requested for you from others.

To view this section, use one of these navigation paths:

  • Go to Me > Career and Performance > Feedback

  • Go to Me > Quick Actions > Career and Performance > Feedback

You can filter the feedback list based on the status (new, in-progress, or completed) or feedback period.

For each feedback, you can view these details:

  • Name of the person from whom feedback is requested

  • Feedback status and date

  • Questionnaire used for the feedback

  • Name of the person who requested the feedback

  • Date of the request

To view or print the feedback responses, click the Actions menu and select the corresponding option.

When you print the feedback, you can view additional comments, if any, that are added to single-choice and multiple-choice questions and date responses.

For any feedback that's in Completed status, you can thank the feedback provider by selecting Send Thank You from the Actions menu. When you send the thank you note, the feedback provider receives an email notification about it. They can also view the thank you note from their worklist.

Feedback Received for Your Reports

You can view or print feedback received for your direct as well as indirect reports. You can also thank the feedback provider for feedback sent to your direct or indirect reports.

To view your reports' Feedback page, go to My Team > Quick Actions > Show More > Career and Performance > Feedback and select a report's name.

The Feedback Requests about <Employee Name> section displays the feedback you gave to your reports as well as feedback you received for your reports from other feedback providers.

Note: If an employee is terminated after you requested feedback, then you won't see the feedback request anymore on this page.

For each feedback, you can view these details:

  • Name of the person who gave the feedback

  • Feedback status and date

  • Questionnaire used for the feedback

  • Name of the person who requested the feedback

  • Date of the request

When a feedback is in Completed status, you can view the feedback responses or print it. To do so, click the Actions menu and select the corresponding option.

When you print the feedback, you can view additional comments, if any, that are added to single-choice and multiple-choice questions and date responses.

For any feedback that's in Completed status, you can thank the feedback provider by selecting Send Thank You from the Actions menu. You can thank the feedback provider multiple times for the same feedback. Any others (including HR specialists) who can view the feedback can also thank the feedback provider multiple times for the same feedback. When you send the thank you note, the feedback provider receives an email notification about it. They can also view the thank you note from their worklist.

Note:
  • The thank you feature is available only if the notification templates, Worker thanks feedback participant and Manager/HR thanks feedback participant, which are a part of the HRA Feedback is provided alert, are enabled in Alerts Composer.
  • The thank you note is not saved in the application. Therefore, it’s visible only in feedback provider’s email notification or worklist.
