Allow Internal Candidate Search by Recruiting Agencies

You can enable a setting to allow recruiting agencies to search internal candidates using their email address.

1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to:
   • Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience
   • Functional Area: Recruiting and Candidate Experience Management
   • Task: Enterprise Recruiting and Candidate Experience Information
2. Expand the Agency Hiring section and click Edit.
3. Select the option Allow Internal Candidate Search.
4. Click Save.

You also need to enable a setting in the Source Candidates functional area.

1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to:

   • Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience

   • Functional Area: Source Candidates

   • Task: Recruiting Agencies

2. Open an agency.

3. In the Basic Information section, click Edit.
4. Select the option Allow Internal Candidate Search.

5. Click Save.
