Apply the Values of a Job to a Job Requisition Template

You use the Apply Job action when you want to use the values of a job and add them to a job requisition template. The content of the job overwrites the content of the job requisition template.

Note: If you apply a job to a job requisition template, users creating a requisition from the template won't be able to select a different template after the template is selected on the requisition.

1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to.
   • Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience
   • Functional Area: Job Requisitions
   • Task: Manage Job Requisition Templates
2. Click on a job requisition template.
3. In the Actions menu, select Apply Job.
4. Select a job.
5. Click Save.
