Preview a Job Requisition Template

You can use the Preview Template action to see how the info in the job requisition template will be displayed. You can preview the info on a desktop computer or a mobile device. You can also select a career site and preview how the requisition will be displayed.

1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to.
   • Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience
   • Functional Area: Job Requisitions
   • Task: Manage Job Requisition Templates
2. Click on a job requisition template.
3. In the Actions menu, select Preview Template.
4. In the Preview field, indicate if you want to preview the template as an external candidate on a desktop computer or on a mobile device.
5. Select the career site.
   Only active external career sites for which the requisition template context matches the filters of the site are available for selection.
6. In the Language field, select the language to preview the template.
   You can preview the information in the different languages that are active for the template.
