Candidate Pool Process Phases and States

The candidate pool management process provides the framework to progress pool members through the sourcing lifecycle to ensure they're engaged with the organization even if they aren't actively involved in a hiring effort.

The candidate pool process consists of a series of phases and states. Recruiters move pool members from one phase to another. The process isn't sequential, pool members can go back and forth between phases and states.
