Candidate Security Details

There is an optional candidate security profile needed to search candidates, if the profile option ORA_IRC_CANDIDATE_SECURITY_ENABLED is enabled.

Consider the following:

• Candidates are always visible when the profile option is set to its default value of not being enabled. Once enabled, the returned candidates will be limited to the candidate security profile definition.

  • Users without access to the candidate search can only view candidates and candidate job applications in their folders.

• Personal email, home phone, National ID, date of birth, and address are visible only for external candidates.

  • For internal candidates, the work email, phone, and email are displayed

  • This is also true in reporting.
