Promote job requisitions based on the number of submitted job applications. You can
configure the default number of job applications a requisition must receive for the Trending
tag to display on career sites. The tag is visible in search results and on job details
pages.
By default, if there are more than 50 candidate
applications for a job, this tag is shown beneath the job in the search results list and
on job details pages.

In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to:
- Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience
- Functional Area: Recruiting and Candidate Experience Management
- Task: Enterprise Recruiting and Candidate Experience

Expand the Candidate Experience section and click
Edit.

In the Job Tags section, enter the number of submitted job applications in the
Trending field.
The default value is 50.

Click Save.
