Display the Hot Job Tag in Career Sites

Promote particular job requisitions on external career sites by displaying the Hot Job tag to indicate a job is in high recruiting demand. The tag is visible in search results and on job details pages.

You can change the tag's visibility and styling for custom search results pages. You can also use it as a criterion in the custom job list component. This tag is only visible on external career sites using the Minimal template.

You make the Hot Jobs field visible using Transaction Design Studio.

1. Activate a sandbox and page editing at the Site layer in Settings and Actions Menu > Edit Pages > Activate a sandbox.
2. On your Home page, go to My Client Groups > Quick Actions > HCM Experience Design Studio.
3. Click the Transaction Design Studio tab.
4. Select one of these actions: Recruiting - Create Job Requisition or Recruiting - View and Edit Job Requisition.
5. Click Add to create a rule to display certain sections and fields.
6. In the Basic Details section, enter a name and description for the rule.
7. In the Page Attributes section, select Configuration.
8. For Hot Jobs, select Visible from the second drop-down list.
9. Click Save and Close.

You then need to set the Hot Job option to Yes in the job requisition, in the Configuration section.
