Create Campaign Email Templates

Provide recruiters a selection of email templates so they can create visually engaging emails for their email marketing campaigns. Recruiters can use the email as is, or they can use the design editor to personalize the content.

Templates are available for each campaign type, that is Respond to Request, Refer Job, Apply to Job. When recruiters create a campaign, the email template appropriate to their campaign type is available for selection. Recruiters can use the email as is, or they can use the design editor to personalize the content.
  1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to:
    • Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience
    • Functional Area: Recruiting and Candidate Experience Management
    • Task: HTML Email Templates
  2. On the Manage HTML Email Templates page, click Add.
  3. Enter a name for the template.
  4. Select the template type called Campaign user email template.
  5. Select a campaign purpose:
    • Respond to Request
    • Refer Job
    • Apply to Job
  6. Select one of the three default templates:
    • Basic
    • Blank
    • Multi-Column
  7. Click Save.

Results:

An editor opens in a new browser tab where you can personalize the template. You can personalize elements such as background color, background image, branding text, fonts, font colors, rows, columns. You can also lock the template so that users won't modify it.
