Schedule the Synchronize Recruiting Data for Candidate Recommendations job only if
you’re live on Oracle Recruiting. You must also be using one of the AI features for
Recruiting.

Sign in as an admin user with the PER_RUN_HR_PROCESSES_PRIV privilege.

Select Scheduled Processes from either the Tools tab or
from the navigator.

Click Schedule New Process.

Search for the Synchronize Recruiting Data for Candidate
Recommendations scheduled process.
You must select the check box for the appropriate AI feature in Oracle
Recruiting. See
Enable Intelligent Matching Features. For Dynamic Skills in Recruiting, you must select the feature Recommended
Skills. If you don’t complete this step, you won't find the scheduled process
Synchronize Recruiting Data for Candidate Recommendations.

From the Entity Type list, select
All.

Leave the From Date field blank.

Click Submit.

Click the Refresh icon to track recently submitted jobs.
What to do next
There will be a parent job and one or more child jobs depending on the parallel threads
in action.
After the job completes successfully, you can check the scheduled process logs to get
more details like the ingested file names, ingestion path, the number of profiles and so
on. These logs also record any errors that may occur.
