How can I display additional participant categories when managing participant feedback for a performance document?

Enable managers and HR specialists to select participants when managing participant feedback.

They can select from these categories:

  • Worker's peers

  • Worker's matrix managers

  • Worker's directs reports

  • Suggested list of participants based on who they selected previously

To do so, configure the Add Participants page under Manage Participant Feedback.

  1. Enable a sandbox and then edit your pages at the site level.

  2. Go to My Client Groups > Quick Actions > HCM Experience Design Studio.

  3. From the Action list, select Performance Document.

  4. In the Rules section, click Add.

  5. In the Basic Details section, enter a name and description for the rule.

  6. Select the Active check box to make the rule ready for use.

  7. Select the performance documents to which the rule applies.

  8. Select Add Participants from the Region list.

  9. Set the following attributes to Visible:

    • Suggestions

    • Peers

    • Direct Reports

    • Matrix Managers

  10. Click Save and Close.
