How can I provide more information to managers on the Evaluate Performance page?

You can display an information banner on the Evaluate Performance search page to help managers use the necessary filters to view the performance documents they want to manage.

The banner conveys this information:

By selecting the All Evaluatees filter, managers can see surrogate performance documents when they're not the managers on an employee's assignment. They can also use the Business Title option that appears on the top of the Evaluate Performance page to see other performance documents they manage under other assignments.

Note: The Business Title option appears only if a manager has multiple assignments.

You can personalize the banner text using the User Interface Text tool.

To display this information banner, follow these steps:

  1. Enable a sandbox and then edit your pages at the Site level.

  2. Go to My Client Groups > Quick Actions > HCM Experience Design Studio.

  3. From the Action list, select Performance Management.

  4. Click Add in the Rules section.

  5. Enter the name and description in the Basic Details section. Select the Active check box to make the rule ready for use.

  6. In the Page Attributes section, select Evaluate Performance from the Region list.

  7. Set the Page Information Banner attribute to Visible.

  8. Click Save and Close.

When you go to My Team > Performance, you can view the banner.
