Disable Automatic Approval for Updates to Development Goal Measurements

Before enabling manual approval for updates to development goal measurements, you need to disable automatic approval for this. You need to edit the autoapproval condition of development goals.

1. Select the DevelopmentGoalAutoApproval node.
2. Click Configure Rule Conditions.
3. In the Condition Details window, select the AND node.
4. On the toolbar, click Add Expression.
5. In the Add Condition Expression dialog, from the Select value type list, select Select from attribute.
6. From the Select Attribute list, select Development Goals and then select the Measurement Updated Flag attribute.
7. From the Select Operator list, select the != operator.
8. From the last Select value type list, select Enter a string and then enter the condition value as "Y".
9. Click OK.
10. Click OK.
