Enable Manual Approval for Updates to Development Goal Measurements

You need to configure the rule condition for the manual approval rule of development goals to enable manual approval for updates to development goal measurements.

1. Select the DevelopmentGoalManualApproval node.
2. Click Configure Rule Conditions.
3. In the Condition Details window, expand all the OR conditions.
4. Select the last OR node.
5. From the toolbar, click Add Expression.
6. In the Add Condition Expression dialog, from the Select value type list, select Select from attribute.
7. From the Select Attribute list, select Development Goals and then select Measurement Updated Flag.
8. From the Select Operator list, select the == operator.
9. From the last Select value type list, select Enter a string and then enter the condition value as "Y".
10. Click OK.
11. Click OK.
