Add a PDF File to Your Oracle Learning Content Resources

To use PDF file content in learning activities, you add the file as a learning catalog resource. The maximum supported file size is 1GB.

  1. On the My Client Groups > Learningpage, click Content.
  2. On the Content page, Add menu, select Add PDF File.
  3. In the Add PDF page, complete the required and relevant optional information, and add the PDF file.
  4. Click Submit.

    You can't download content resources from Learning. So that you can make changes as the need arises, we recommend that you keep copies of your source files elsewhere.

    You can check the status and refresh status of existing PDF file content on the Content page using search and provided filters. To see newly upload content that hasn't finished processing yet, and thus isn't active, select the Currently Being Processed status filter.

    Note: PDF file content doesn't communicate completion statuses back to Learning. As soon as learners start a PDF activity, Learning considers the activity complete.
