What Happens When You Update or Delete Profile Items

In Enhanced Talent Profiles, if you update a profile item, no history record is created and deleting profile items permanently removes them from the database.

(In classic Talent Profiles, the history gets tracked and no hard delete happens.) End-dating is still used for maintaining Person Profile Talent Ratings and any sections created using the Competency template.
