As a goals administrator, what are the ways in which I can assign performance goals to employees in specific positions?

As a goals administrator, you can assign performance goals for specific positions.

You can do this in 2 ways:

  • As part of a goal plan assignment
  • Mass assignment or sharing of performance goals

In both cases, you can define the relevant position in an eligibility profile. You need to associate the eligibility profile with a mass goal assignment or sharing process, or a goal plan assignment. Then add goals that are relevant to that position. When you run the relevant scheduled process, only employees who have the position indicated in the eligibility profile are assigned the performance goal.
