Run the Eligibility Batch Process

When you run the batch process, you find performance documents or check-in templates based on the associated review period that you can assign to eligible workers.

  1. Go to My Client Groups > Performance.
  2. Select the Eligibility Batch Process task in the Setup Maintenance area.
  3. Select the type from the Batch Process Type list.
    • Assign Performance Document
    • Assign Check-In Template
  4. (Optional) Choose to be notified when the process ends. Enable notifications beforehand to receive this notification.
  5. (Optional) In Submission Notes, enter any information that helps identify this batch process.
  6. Enter values for the parameters. For details, see Eligibility Batch Process Parameters for Performance Documents and Check-In Templates.
  7. Click Advanced to set up scheduling and notification preferences:
    • Click the Schedule tab to either run this process as soon as possible or schedule it later. To schedule this process, you can set up the frequency and choose a start date.
    • Click the Create Notification icon in the Notification tab to notify recipients when the batch process completes successfully, displays a warning, or errors out.
  8. Click Process Options to specify your language, territory, time zone, and other preferences.
  9. Click Submit.
  10. (Optional) Click the Monitor Process button to monitor the status of the eligibility process.
