Apply Bulk Actions to Candidates

You can apply a bulk action to up to 500 candidates on the Candidate Search page. This means you can send a message to a maximum of 500 candidates at a time, or move up to 500 candidates at a time to a pool.

1. On the Candidate Search page, search for candidates, and filter the results if necessary until there are 500 or fewer candidates in the results list.
2. Click Select All.
   This check box only becomes available for use when the search results contain 500 or fewer results.
   Clicking Select All selects all items in the search results, even if they're not immediately available on the page. You can click Load More Items to show more.
3. Select an action from the Action menu.
4. Click Save and Close.

Results:

When the action is applied to 50 or fewer candidates, it's performed synchronously (immediately). If it's applied to 51-500 candidates, the process runs asynchronously. This means the action is added to a batch queue, and you'll be notified on the bell icon when the batch is ready.
