Pipeline Job Requisition

You use pipeline requisitions when you have positions you always have a need to fill.

You can use pipeline requisitions to avoid having several very similar jobs on your career sites. You post a single pipeline requisition on your career site to which candidates can apply. You can then review candidates on this pipeline requisition and add relevant candidates to a linked standard requisition for which these candidates are a good fit, based on experience, location, or any other criteria you see fit.

You can also use pipeline requisitions for jobs your organization is often hiring. You always have a requisition for candidates to apply, even if no opening is currently available. Once an opening becomes available, you can create a linked standard requisition and add the candidates from the pipeline requisition to the linked standard requisition.
