Create a Pipeline Job Requisition

You create a pipeline job requisition when you have positions you always have a need to fill.

Before you start

You need the privilege Initiate Pipeline Job Requisition (IRC_INITIATE_PIPELINE_JOB_REQUISITION).

Here's what to do

1. On the Job Requisitions page, click Add.
2. In the Requisition Type field, select Pipeline.
3. Complete fields as for a standard job requisition.
   Note that pipeline job requisitions use a candidate selection process different than the one used in standard job requisitions. Only processes of type Pipeline can be selected on pipeline job requisitions.
4. Click Submit.
