How can I view a summary of the selected display options?

You use display options to highlight segments of the review population of a talent review meeting. You can view a summary of the highlighted segments to identify the count of members in each segment.

When you select any display option other than worker photos and names, you can see the members of the review population highlighted with colors corresponding to the legend shown for the display option. To view the summary information of each display option, select the View Summary check and then select the level at which you want to view the summary information:

  • Per Box: Show summary information for each box of the meeting dashboard.
  • Across Boxes: Show summary information for the entire meeting dashboard.

For example, if you selected the Age display option, and then opted to see the summary information for each box, you can see the counts of people in each age group in each box. These counts are highlighted with the colors shown in the legend so that you can identify the age group that the count is for. For example, you might see that there are 2 people in the Flexible Talent box who have ages between 40 and 49 and 4 people in the same age group in the Emerging Talent box.

If you select another display option, the counts will be shown for each combination of the display options. For example, if you also selected the Mobility display option, then you can find that of the 4 in the Emerging Talent box who have ages between 40 and 49, only 2 are willing to relocate.

Similarly, if you opted to see the summary information across boxes, you will see the counts of members in each age group across all the boxes. You might see that there are 12 members of the review population who have ages between 30 and 39, and 10 members who have ages between 40 and 49. If you also selected the Mobility display option, then you can find that of the 12 members in the 30 to 39 age group, only 5 are willing to relocate.
