Updating Talent Ratings
You can update talent ratings depending on application settings and roles assigned to you. The following table shows where talent ratings can be updated.

When you update talent ratings:
- The performance rating from the employee's performance document overall section is then displayed on the employee's profile when configured to do so in the performance template.
- The talent review process uses talent ratings on the employee's profile to build talent review information. When a talent review meeting concludes, an employee's profile is automatically updated with the calibrated ratings. Therefore, the performance rating displayed in an employee's performance document might be different from the one displayed in the employee's profile.

The ratings on the Performance Rating section are ordered by the date created and then by the last updated date.

You can edit only ratings created in Talent Ratings. For example, you cannot edit a performance rating sourced from Performance Management.
