Configure Profile Options for the Text Assistant

You can optionally configure the following profile options for the text assistant:

Feature	Profile Option	Profile Value
Number of seconds to wait for the text assistant to respond to the candidate's message. If the text assistant is unable to reply within this time, the candidate is notified that the agent is unavailable. This profile option must be created and then set to the desired value.	IRC_TEXT_AGENT_MAX_RESPONSE_TIME	Enter the number of seconds. The default value is 120 seconds.
The time period for a conversation to be considered active. Within this time period, the conversation between the text assistant and the candidate are considered as part of the same session and there's continuity in the text assistant responses. If the candidate responds after this time period elapses, the text assistant won't continue the conversation but instead start a fresh conversation.	ORA_IRC_TEXT_AGENT_ACTIVE_SESSION	The default value is 4 hours.
