Enable the Recruiting Inbox Screening Agent

Enable the Recruiting Inbox Screening Agent to identify inappropriate content in inbound candidate emails, SMS messages, and WhatsApp messages. The agent masks inappropriate message text for users without the required privilege and can add a label to candidates whose messages contain inappropriate content.

1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to:

   • Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience

   • Functional Area: Recruiting and Candidate Experience Management

   • Task: Recruiting Messaging Configuration

2. In the Agent Settings section, enable the inbox screening agent.
3. Select the candidate label to apply to candidates who send messages containing inappropriate content.
   To define and manage candidate labels, go to Recruiting and Candidate Experience > Recruiting and Candidate Experience Management, and use the Manage Recruiting Labels task.
4. Save your changes.

   If you disable the inbox screening agent later, messages identified as inappropriate until then retain their tag. The agent won't screen new messages.
